What You'll Do
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and provide recommendations to hiring managers.
- Ensure that all job postings are regularly updated and accurately reflect the most current job descriptions.
- Post job ads on the company’s website, social media channels, and relevant job boards.
- Proactively source and engage qualified candidates through a variety of channels to build strong, diverse talent pipelines for current and future openings.
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Communicate effectively with candidates, keeping them informed of their status and providing feedback when appropriate.
- Work closely with HR and hiring managers to understand organizational needs and priorities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless recruitment process.
- Contribute to the development of Aspire Living & Learning's employer brand by showcasing our values, culture, and opportunities for growth.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (Greenhouse).
- Support special projects or initiatives as assigned to strengthen the recruitment process and candidate experience.
Our Ideal Candidate
- Proven experience as a recruiter in a fast-paced environment, ideally within healthcare, education, or human services.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Highly organized and results-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Adaptable and collaborative, with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Must have satisfactory background checks.
