About the role
Gromelski and Associates, Inc. (GAI) is seeking a recruiting coordinator to provide professional office support for our recruiting manager and for leadership team initiatives related to technical talent acquisition.
Responsibilities
- Support the recruiting manager for activities related to candidate and requisition management.
- Experience with an applicant tracking system (Taleo preferred).
- Provide interview logistic support and schedule meetings.
- May assist with searching for and reviewing resumes against job postings.
- Absorb and manage administrative data management and compliance related tasks.
- Develop and maintain professional and successful working relationships with customers and customers’ administrative support personnel.
- Liaise with other departments including Security, HR, and Operations to ensure all requirements are met as expeditiously as possible.
- Schedule, escort, and present candidates to customers in formal interview settings.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Technical, Marketing, Human Resources, Psychology, or related field and/or at least 2 year’s equivalent experience.
- Candidate must be U.S. citizen able to obtain a DoD Secret level security clearance which means you must be a U.S. Citizen, if needed.
Skills
- Ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint); SharePoint skills are a plus.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Thrives in team environment with other staff and customers (flexible, congenial and adaptable).
- Previous experience in an environment with an emphasis on recruiting and placing software developers and engineers.
