Junior IT Specialist

About the role

This position is based in New York, NY, and requires onsite work. It is a contract role that offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated learner to support and enhance the current IT team. The position involves working with a variety of technologies, focusing on IT and AI solutions.

Responsibilities

• Support existing IT team members and gradually take over responsibilities.
• Gain exposure to business, technology, enterprise software development, and AI.
• Assist in advancing AI adoption and enablement within the organization.
• Work closely with developers to support AI initiatives.
• Adapt to a rapidly changing and innovative AI environment.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years post-college experience with a strong academic background preferred.
• Demonstrated passion for technology through personal projects or experimentation.
• Curious, coachable, and eager to learn new skills.
• Comfortable with diverse IT responsibilities as a generalist.
• Ability to grow into broader responsibilities and help scale the team.
