Junior Creative Strategist
About the role
We’re looking for a Performance Creative Strategist to support our Growth Marketing team. In this role, you’ll help develop high-performing creative for our paid acquisition channels by concepting creative briefs, writing UGC scripts, and supporting the end-to-end creative development process—from insight generation through production and launch.
Success in this role requires curiosity, initiative, and a willingness to dive in and contribute. You’re proactive, detail-oriented, eager to learn, and comfortable taking ownership of projects while collaborating closely with cross-functional partners.
Responsibilities
- Own the day-to-day creative direction for Noom's evergreen paid campaigns across Meta, Pinterest, TikTok and beyond — from concept and brief through to final approval.
- Write compelling creative briefs that translate business goals into actionable direction for designers and external partners.
- Mine account trends, reviews, competitive landscape to help shape direction.
- Partner closely with designers, media buyers, and agencies to move work from ideation to final production.
- Continuously test and iterate on creative concepts to optimize performance.
- Manage timelines and organize workflows to keep production on track.
- Leverage AI tools within your workflow for deeper understanding and faster production.
Requirements
- 2–3+ years of experience in creative strategy, performance creative, or an adjacent role (media buying, art direction, DTC copywriting).
- Hands-on experience producing or briefing direct response ads, UGC, or testimonial-style content.
- Strong written communication and brief-writing skills.
- Experience working cross-functionally with designers and/or external creative partners.
- Background at a DTC, digital-first, or high-growth startup brand preferred.
- Comfortable with ambiguity, fast iteration, and a high-volume creative environment.

- Proven ability to balance creativity with business objectives.
- Understanding of health and wellness industry trends and consumer behavior.
- Experience with digital marketing platforms and analytics tools.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design software.
- Knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other PPC platforms.

Pay
The base salary range for this position is $59,130 - $77,300. Actual compensation is determined by job-related factors, including experience, skills, qualifications, and location.
Schedule
This role is eligible for our NYC or Princeton office locations, operating on a hybrid schedule (2 days per week on-site).
