About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Jr. Support Associate for our Advanced Support team. The primary responsibility is to provide general customer support and technical assistance for the Jersey Mike’s mobile app, website, and digital platforms.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to the mobile app and website.
- Provide customer support for non-technical inquiries.
- Respond to queries over the phone and via email from customers seeking help.
- Ask questions to determine the nature of the problem.
- Walk customers through the problem-solving process.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issues have been resolved.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of prior experience in a technical support or customer service role preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Demonstrates attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to learn and support new and fast-changing technologies.
- Demonstrates strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
