Jr. Network Technician
Responsibilities
- Rack and stack of network equipment
- Hardware installations
- Basic switch configuration
- Cabling
- Equipment replacements
- Troubleshooting connectivity issues
- Assisting senior engineers with network deployments and maintenance
Requirements
- Local to the Dallas-Fort Worth area
- Willing and able to travel between customer sites throughout DFW
- CCNA certification (preferred) or actively pursuing certification
- Basic experience with Cisco switch configuration and troubleshooting
- Experience with rack and stack, structured cabling, and hardware installations
- Understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, and switching)
- Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn from senior engineers
