Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with hand, wrist, and upper extremity injuries and conditions.
• Collaborate closely with orthopedic surgeons and other healthcare professionals to develop individualized treatment plans.
• Guide patients through rehabilitation following injuries and surgical procedures.
• Educate patients on recovery, injury prevention, and maximizing function.
• Build meaningful relationships while helping patients return to work, sports, and everyday life.

Requirements

• Licensed Occupational Therapist (or eligible for licensure in Mississippi).
• Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) or hand therapy experience is preferred, but motivated therapists with a passion for orthopedics are encouraged to apply.
