Responsibilities

• Provide supportive training to develop, modify, and improve job-relevant skills and behaviors for successful employment outcomes.
• Instruct consumers in meeting deadlines and business partners/employers' quality and quantity requirements.
• Assist in ensuring the Training Center complies with SCVRD, DOL, and OSHA regulations, maintaining a safe and clean environment for consumers and staff.
• Serve as a member of the South Carolina Enterprise Information System (SCEIS) team, completing transactions related to materials, inventory, and deliveries as assigned by the Center Manager.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, behavioral sciences, or a related field; or two years of college in one of the above fields and two years of rehabilitation or manufacturing experience; or a high school diploma and four years of rehabilitation or manufacturing experience.
• Good driving record required. If invited to interview, bring an official 10-year driving record from the Department of Motor Vehicles.

Official transcripts will be required to verify college degree.
