About the Role

Assist job seekers with resume development, portfolio development, completing job applications, and interviewing as needed to support their success. Prepare job seekers for on-the-job success and maintain accurate records of all activity. Requires independence, professional judgment, and ability to problem solve.

Requirements

• High School Diploma required
• 6 months of prior work experience supporting individuals with disabilities
• Requires local travel in own vehicle to various company sites as necessary to support job seekers during interviews or during new hire orientation training sessions
• Valid FL driver's license and successful Level II background check, physical and drug screen
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
