Community Access Services (CAS) is hiring a Full-Time Job Coach to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) as they gain confidence and succeed in competitive employment throughout the community. No previous Job Coach experience is required. If you're dependable, enjoy working with people, and want a career with purpose, we'll provide the training you need to succeed.
Pay
$21.75–$22.75 per hour (DOE) + $1,000 hiring bonus

Responsibilities
- Providing one-on-one coaching and workplace support
- Encouraging independence, self-confidence, and professional workplace habits
- Supporting positive communication with supervisors and coworkers
- Helping individuals strengthen skills such as organization, time management, and problem-solving
- Completing required documentation and progress notes
- Promoting safe, inclusive, and respectful work environments
- Collaborating with employers, support teams, and coworkers to help individuals achieve long-term employment success
Requirements
- Experience in caregiving, education, coaching, human services, or direct support is helpful but not required
- Spanish/English bilingual preferred
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license with the ability to become an approved company driver
- Ability to pass a national background check
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds when needed
- Willingness to travel throughout Hood River and Wasco counties
