Responsibilities

• Provides on-site job assessment, skills training, and job coaching to persons served within the Bancroft organization and employed at host organizations to maintain and enhance community-based employment.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

• High School diploma or equivalent required; additional education in a related field desirable.
• BA in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field preferred.
• Related work experience in employment services preferred.
• Minimum of two years of experience working directly with neurologically-challenged individuals required.
