Duties and Responsibilities

  • Affords assistance in the creation and execution of task analyses and training plans aligned with individual needs pertinent to the job.
  • Supervises participants according to established training plans and follows employer practices.
  • Conducts on-the-job evaluations and follow-up services to ensure employment retention.
  • Education and Experience

    • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
    • Two (2) years of relevant experience working with people with disabilities or other barriers to employment.

    Skills/Abilities/Qualifications

    • Ability to obtain and maintain ACRE Certification.
    • Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and satisfactory completion of a motor vehicle check annually.
    • Good communication skills.
    • Professional demeanor.
    • Ability to prioritize and organize work independently.
    • Ability to work beyond normal schedules as needed.
    • Completion and successful passing of Criminal Record Check, Child Abuse Clearance, FBI Clearance, and Low Risk Federal Background Check.
