Duties and Responsibilities
- Affords assistance in the creation and execution of task analyses and training plans aligned with individual needs pertinent to the job.
- Supervises participants according to established training plans and follows employer practices.
- Conducts on-the-job evaluations and follow-up services to ensure employment retention.

Education and Experience
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Two (2) years of relevant experience working with people with disabilities or other barriers to employment.
Skills/Abilities/Qualifications
- Ability to obtain and maintain ACRE Certification.
- Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and satisfactory completion of a motor vehicle check annually.
- Good communication skills.
- Professional demeanor.
- Ability to prioritize and organize work independently.
- Ability to work beyond normal schedules as needed.
- Completion and successful passing of Criminal Record Check, Child Abuse Clearance, FBI Clearance, and Low Risk Federal Background Check.
