The Horan Foundation is seeking a Finance Officer to join their team in Sakarya, Turkey.

About the role

The Finance Officer will be responsible for managing financial operations, ensuring compliance with all financial regulations, and supporting the overall financial health of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze financial reports and statements
• Oversee budgeting and financial planning processes
• Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions
• Manage cash flow and maintain adequate reserves
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment with organizational goals

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in a similar role
• Proficiency in financial software and accounting systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Knowledge of Turkish is preferred but not required
