Finance Officer

Requirements

• MBO+ / Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
• In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and accounting processes
• Excellent analytical and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (in English and Dutch)
• Team player with a Safety-First mindset

Responsibilities

• Create and implement financial policies to ensure operational efficiency
• Monitor the preparation and planning of budgets
• Cash flow analysis
• Accounts receivable functions
• Accounts payable functions
• Ensure that financial records are kept up-to-date with the latest transactions and changes
• Review all bank deposits and payments to assist in reconciling bank accounts
• Conduct periodic financial analyses to identify and resolve issues
• Prepare daily, monthly, and annual financial reports
• Inventory analysis, including physical counting and year-end adjustments
