About the role

The role involves providing accurate and timely payroll services and supporting key finance functions within a not-for-profit organization dedicated to preventing sexual violence.

Responsibilities

• Managing payroll
• Contributing to accounts payable and receivable
• Month-end accruals
• Financial reporting
• Funding acquittals

Qualifications and Skills

• Candidates should have qualifications in accounting, bookkeeping, or payroll administration, with at least two years of experience in similar roles.
• Proficiency in software such as Xero and ELMO, strong attention to detail, systematic follow-up, and good priority management are essential.
