Java Technical Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable Java-based applications.
• Architect and develop Microservices using Spring Boot and REST APIs.
• Review, analyze, and troubleshoot application logs in AWS environments to identify and resolve issues.
• Monitor production applications and provide root-cause analysis for incidents.
• Identify permanent solution for repeating incidents.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to gather and refine requirements.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Mentor offshore developers and provide technical leadership across the project team.
• Drive technical design discussions and contribute to solution architecture.
• Support deployment activities and work closely with DevOps teams in CI/CD environments.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and supporting enterprise-grade applications.
• 8+ years of experience in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices architecture, Rest APIs, MySQL.
• Experience in AWS Log Analysis (CloudWatch, application logs, monitoring dashboards).
• Understanding of DevOps and working experience in CICD pipeline creation is preferable.
• Experience in Design and architecture review.
• Production Support & Troubleshooting.
• Strong concepts & knowledge of object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.
• Experience in leading offshore team.

Pay

Salary Range: $90,000 - $100,000 per year
