Java Technical Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, design, and development of Java/Spring Boot applications
• Provide technical leadership and mentor development team members
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, security best practices, and design principles
• Implement and maintain GitLab CI/CD pipelines
• Integrate Twistlock security scans into the DevSecOps process
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, QA, and DevOps teams
• Conduct code reviews and support production issue resolution
• Work closely with stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and high-quality solutions
• Drive continuous improvement in engineering practices and application performance

Requirements

Experience with Java and Spring Boot

Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies

Knowledge of DevSecOps practices and CI/CD pipelines

Experience with GitLab and Twistlock

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
