Java Tech Lead

About the role

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the technical direction of a SiteCore implementation, ensuring high-quality, scalable, and maintainable applications are developed.

Responsibilities

• Owns the CI/CD pipeline using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI
• Uses Maven/Gradle build tooling
• Responsible for containerization with Docker/Kubernetes
• Strong proficiency in Java, Spring ecosystem(Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, Spring Data JPA)
• Proficiency in RESTful API design and microservices architecture
• Proficiency in Java Server Pages

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of professional Java development
• At least 2-4 years in a lead, senior, or staff engineer capacity

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Java, Spring ecosystem(Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, Spring Data JPA)
• Experience with AWS
• Experience with CI/CD pipeline ownership -Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI
• Experience with Maven/Gradle build tooling
• Experience with containerization with Docker/Kubernetes
• Experience with RESTful API design and microservices architecture
• Experience with Java Server Pages
