Java Technical Lead

Responsibilities

• Build and modernize enterprise web applications using Java (JEE/Spring Boot) and React
• Guide a scrum team on engineering best practices, design standards, and delivery excellence
• Lead technical design
• Drive code quality through reviews and testing
• Collaborate with architects, product owners, and stakeholders to ensure solutions meet functional, performance, and security requirements
• Participate in technical discussions and reviews related to the assigned module
