About the Role

We are seeking a Delivery Manager / Senior Delivery Manager (C1/C2 grade) to lead end-to-end technical delivery for enterprise web applications. You will bridge the gap between technical execution and business strategy, managing cross-functional teams building high-performance Java and Angular solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of complex, full-stack software products from inception to deployment.
• Manage project timelines, scope, resource allocation, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Enforce Agile practices, leading Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, and removing team roadblocks.
• Ensure code quality and architectural alignment across Java and Angular ecosystems.
• Lead and mentor a team of full-stack developers, QA engineers, and tech leads.
• Manage senior stakeholders, providing transparent status reports, metrics, and governance.
• Drive performance evaluation, technical growth plans, and hiring for the delivery unit.

Requirements

Technical Skills

• Backend Ecosystem:
  • Core Java & Spring: Deep understanding of Java (8+), Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and Microservices.
  • Data Layer: Experience with relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and non-relational (MongoDB) databases.
  • Architecture: Proven experience with RESTful APIs, event-driven design, and message brokers (Kafka/RabbitMQ).
• Frontend Ecosystem:
  • Angular Framework: Strong grasp of Angular (v12+), TypeScript, RxJS, and state management (NgRx).
  • Web Basics: Solid foundation in HTML5, CSS3/SASS, and responsive design.
• DevOps & Cloud:
  • CI/CD Pipelines: Experience with Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.
  • Cloud & Containers: Familiarity with AWS/Azure and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

Experience & Qualifications

• 10 years in software engineering, with 4+ years in a delivery/project management role.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Certifications: PMP, CSM (Certified Scrum Master), or PMI-ACP are a plus.

Pay

The base compensation range for this role in the posted locations is $100,000 to $130,000. Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The actual compensation offered may vary based on factors such as geographic location, education, certifications, relevant experience, skills, seniority, performance, market considerations, and internal pay equity.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on position and applicable laws.
