Java Tech Lead
Work You'll Do/Responsibilities
- Support the overall project goals and objectives within an engagement team.
- Interact with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Perform independent tasks and provide technical guidance to team members as needed.
- Engage directly with business stakeholders and technology leadership to align delivery priorities and effort estimates.
Qualifications
- 5+ years Java experience with SpringBoot, Microservices, GCP skills with ATG Commerce experience.
- Hands-on development experience with experience leading cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience.
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
- Able to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
- Analytical ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks into manageable work products.
- Ability to operate independently or with minimum supervision.
- Excellent written and communication skills.
- Ability to deliver technical demonstrations.
