Janitor - 2nd Shift

This role is based at Wilson Sporting Goods Co.’s Warehouse / DC in Mount Juliet, Tennessee—a welcoming, growing community with convenient access to Nashville while maintaining a small-town feel.

Responsibilities

• Participate in daily activities and operations of the Mount Juliet Distribution Warehouse.
• Perform semi-skilled functions supporting facility and warehouse equipment maintenance.
• Clean and maintain designated warehouse areas, including floors, surfaces, restrooms, and break areas.
• Empty trash and recycling bins regularly.
• Conduct routine inspections to identify safety hazards and report them to appropriate personnel.
• Coordinate with external vendors for maintenance and repairs.
• Assist with warehouse-related tasks as needed.
• Follow health and safety regulations at all times.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Janitor or similar role is preferred.
• Knowledge of warehouse equipment and machinery.
• Familiarity with cleaning chemicals and their proper usage.
• Knowledge of occupational hazards and safety practices.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, and lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff and leadership.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Must be able to work the 2nd shift schedule: Monday through Friday, 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM CT, with flexibility for overtime as needed.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background check.

Pay

$17.75 per hour (+10% shift differential).

Schedule

2nd shift: Monday through Friday, 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM CT, with flexibility for overtime as business demands.
