Responsibilities

• Phase 1: Restaurant Introduction - Gain knowledge of Omni’s overall service standards and operational roles.
• Phase 2: Volume Restaurant Demands - Become familiar with advanced Food and Beverage service standards and high volume demands.
• Phase 3: Food & Beverage Leadership and Business Activities - Build leadership skills through feedback and training.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Able to multi-task
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods or entire shifts
• Able to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 10 lbs without assistance
• Able to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Alcohol training certification (ABLE)
• Food Handler permit
