Essential Functions

• Knowledge of fine dining service.
• Must have full familiarity with menus.
• Must have full knowledge of beverage offerings.
• Station set-up and breakdown/side-work.
• To polish and clean glass and silver wares.
• To perform any other duties as assigned by the restaurant manager.
• To have dollies’ underliners ready.
• To stock needed supplies in side stands.
• To clean-up of coffee machines and prepared coffee.
• To get ice supply.
• To dust all tables to include table legs.
• To receive rolls and put in warmers.
• To put milk in refrigerators and set-up creamers.
• To pre-set breadbaskets lined with napkins.
• To pick-up linen.
• To check off and pick-up storeroom supplies.
• To set tables with clean, pressed linen, china, silver and glassware.
• To ensure furniture and floors are clean and arranged according to specifications.
• To assist servers during meal period.
• To remove any extra settings.
• To pour water.

Qualifications

• Prior hospitality experience preferred.
• Must have excellent interpersonal skills.
• Must provide excellent service to internal and external customers.
• Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Seasonal, full time, and part time positions available.
