IT Training Analyst I - Houston, TX

The IT Training Analyst I educates employees on corporate standard applications such as Google Workspace, MS Office, Enterprise One, and Turner's proprietary applications. This role involves developing and maintaining online, instructor-led, and webinar-based training for core areas including Safety, QA/QC, and proprietary applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide Instructor-Led training
• Assist in creating and maintaining Instructor-Led training materials, user manuals, and best practices
• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), Product Owners (POs), and Developers on implementations
• Develop and maintain online training and tests
• Provide software technical support and evaluate/testing computer software programs
• Travel to regional offices and jobsites for training or support
• Perform additional assignments as directed by supervisor

Requirements

• 0-3 years of training or IT Instructional Development experience (degree preferred but not required)
• Willingness to learn and participate in Scrum methodologies
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to interact effectively with a wide variety of personalities in face-to-face settings
• Positive attitude, open mind, and eagerness to learn
• Post-offer drug/alcohol screen and physical evaluation required
