About the role
Join our team as an IT Technician and help support the technology that keeps our manufacturing operations running smoothly. This role is responsible for providing technical support to users, maintaining network accounts and security, installing and supporting hardware and software, troubleshooting IT issues, managing inventory, and assisting with system upgrades and backups. The IT Technician works closely with both plant and corporate teams to ensure reliable and secure IT operations.

Qualifications
- Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of PC hardware support experience preferred
- Knowledge of network administration, hardware, software, and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and teamwork skills
- Valid driver's license required

A customer-focused technology professional who enjoys solving problems, supporting end users, and contributing to a safe, team-oriented work environment. Manufacturing IT experience is a plus. The ideal candidate is a quick learner who can adapt to new technologies, work effectively both independently and as part of a team, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. A positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and a willingness to take initiative are essential. Previous technical training, coursework, certifications, internships, or hands-on experience supporting computers and users are preferred but not required.
This candidate will contribute to the IT team by providing reliable technical support, assisting with system maintenance, and helping ensure employees have the technology resources needed to perform their jobs effectively.
