Role Summary

Responsibilities

• Monitor multiple IT systems and applications using Service Now and Power BI reports to identify issues and asset health status.
• Manage IT assets by tracking inventory levels, preparing shipments, and updating asset records in accordance with established processes.
• Respond to service requests and escalate complex issues beyond incident management, coordinating across IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve.
• Schedule and coordinate warranty repairs and manage lifecycle activities for end-user desktops, laptops, and accessories.
• Receive incoming IT equipment from vendors, prepare for deployment, and ship to organizational locations, ensuring successful delivery.
• Perform basic infrastructure and application monitoring functions to maintain system stability.
• Create, route, and close Service Now incident tickets, following up until resolution.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot end-user technology issues, providing timely support.
• Absorb assistance with infrastructure projects related to facilities and networking technology, supporting other IT teams in field operations.
• Execute administrative support tasks, including imaging new hardware and performing routine maintenance duties.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of computer hardware components, IP networking, and basic infrastructure technologies.
• Experience with desktop/laptop hardware, operating systems (Windows, Linux), and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with incident management and ticketing systems such as Service Now.
• Understanding of virtualization, Windows server, and Cisco switching/routing technologies.
• Ability to interpret data reports and perform system evaluations, using tools like Excel.
• Strong problem-solving skills for hardware and system issues, with the capacity to research and analyze problems independently.
• Effective communication skills to interact with stakeholders and provide customer service.
• Reliable attendance and the ability to perform additional assigned duties as needed.
• Valid driver’s license required for equipment handling and transportation.

Publishing Pay Range

$18.00 – $25.00 hourly

Schedule

This position is based in office and requires employee to work on-site.
