About the role
Legends Global, a leader in privately managed public assembly facilities, is seeking an Information Systems Technician (IT Tech) at Pinnacle Bank Arena.
Responsibilities
- Assist with repair/inventory of all network equipment including PCs & laptops/peripherals/servers/switches
- Provide help desk support for Windows versions, MS Office versions, Outlook365 and a variety of other programs
- Provide assistance in Windows Server 2016/2019/2022/2025 management
- Work with IT/AV related software/hardware such as VITEC EZTV Signage Director Software, DMPs, and 300+ TVs
- Work with PBA WiFi networks (200+ AP software/hardware)
- Work with scoreboard/ribbon board Daktronics/Analog Way Software/Hardware
- Work with Musco Sports Lighting and Sound Software/Hardware, along with AV Managers as needed
- Update and maintain Allo VoIP phone systems
- Work extended and/or irregular hours including nights, holidays, and weekends, as needed
- Maintain an attitude of “do whatever it takes”
Requirements
- Demonstrable proper knowledge and technique in the use and maintenance of Desktop and Laptop computers
- Demonstrable proper knowledge and technique in the use of Microsoft Windows Software, Microsoft Office Products, Basic Routing and Networking (Cisco), Basic Server Maintenance and Cabling
- Cisco Managed Switch Programming a plus
- Demonstrable proper knowledge and use of all procedures, techniques, machines, materials, equipment and tools used in technical construction and maintenance
- Possess knowledge and experience in industry terminology, event-related services, facility capabilities and technical requirements for the types of events anticipated at the facility
- Possess an understanding of facility’s electrical, mechanical and other systems
- Maintain an effective working relationship with clients, employees, exhibitors, patrons and others encountered in the course of employment
- Read and comprehend blueprints, drawings and other related materials
- Follow oral and written instructions and communicate effectively with others in both oral and written form
- Meet physical demands of job, which entail climbing, lifting and carrying
- Be licensed and insured to operate a motor vehicle in the United States
- Remain flexible and adjust to situations as they occur
Skills
- Knowledge and experience in industry terminology, event-related services, facility capabilities and technical requirements for the types of events anticipated at the facility

- Effective communication skills
