Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service and ensure a positive experience
• Operate gaming machines and cash registers with accuracy and integrity
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development programs
• Support team members and foster a collaborative environment

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Valid driver’s license (for positions requiring travel)
