Responsibilities
- Provide helpdesk support and resolve problems for end users.
- Monitor and respond quickly to requests received through our internal task order system.
- Responsible for the maintenance and operations of computer systems and networks.
- Responsible for Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Microsoft Exchange site maintenance and operations
- Assume other duties as assigned.
Skills/Knowledge/Abilities Preferred
- Desire to support local users in a helpdesk role; experience preferred, but training is provided.
- Self-motivated individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- Ability to perform effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies and business functions.
- Strong analytical skills to determine effective approaches to business solutions.
- Organization and problem-solving skills.
