About the role
Provide comprehensive IT support to ensure smooth operation of company systems and services.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve computer hardware and software issues.
- Train users on new software and systems.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks to keep systems running efficiently.
- Respond to user inquiries and requests for assistance promptly.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 2+ years of relevant IT support experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Familiarity with network troubleshooting tools and techniques.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
