Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for all end user systems, hardware, and applications through on-site and remote administration tools (including PDQ and TeamViewer).
- Manage user accounts in Microsoft 365 and Active Directory (password resets, MFA, access).
- Support Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and other business applications.
- Install, configure, deploy, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, phones, and related peripherals.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity, wireless access, printers, and VoIP systems.
- Maintain endpoint security, patching, antivirus, and compliance standards.
- Track, document, and manage work through the IT ticketing system.
- Maintain and manage inventory of IT equipment and assets.
- Procure and manage IT equipment and inventory.
- Perform onboarding and offboarding of employees, including device setup and access provisioning/deprovisioning.
- Follow all company policies, safety guidelines, and security requirements.
- Escalate complex issues as needed.
- Provide professional communication and excellent customer service to all users.
Requirements
- Your Education: A High school diploma or equivalent.
- Your Experience: Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 installation and troubleshooting. Basic knowledge of networking (DNS, DHCP, WiFi). Experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and endpoint tools preferred.
- Your Initiative: Self-motivated and able to perform in a fast-paced environment where working under specific deadlines and time constraints will be common.
- Your Sense of Responsibility: Attend work every day as scheduled. Notify supervisor in advance of shift starting if unable to work. Must have reliable transportation to get to work each and every day. Follow all company and safety rules during performance of duties. Maintain customer oriented work habits.
