About the role
The IT Support professional reports directly to the IT Director. This role is primarily responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of workstations and user peripherals, ensuring that all office tools and business applications function correctly for the team.
The incumbent will maintain a meticulous and up-to-date inventory of the company's IT asset fleet while providing consistent guidance and support to employees in their day-to-day use of technology. The IT Support staff will serve as a key point of contact for resolving technical malfunctions, monitoring network connectivity, and implementing IT security measures.
This position requires a highly responsive individual capable of delivering training sessions, managing IT exhibitions, and fostering an environment of technical awareness among staff members. Candidates must be comfortable working in a multicultural team and possess a business-oriented mindset aimed at maximizing user productivity through proactive IT solutions.
