About the role
Adelphoi USA Inc., a leading youth-focused nonprofit with 700 employees and a 50-year legacy, is seeking an Entry-Level IT Help Desk Technician to join their dynamic team.
Responsibilities
- Respond to phone calls and emails to create or review service tickets.
- Troubleshoot issues related to software, security, hardware, and network connectivity.
- Collaborate with the IT team on computer upgrades and infrastructure maintenance.
Requirements
- General knowledge of desktop computing, operating systems, and network connectivity.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to ask insightful troubleshooting questions.
- Education, degree, or technical training in information technology.
