IT Support Engineer

About the role

Act as the primary technical resource for SMB clients, resolving various hardware, software, and network issues. Provide remote support with occasional on-site visits in Williamson County. Manage firewalls, Windows servers, Active Directory, Office 365, and other endpoint devices. Collaborate with a corporate technical team to escalate and resolve complex challenges. Maintain excellent client communication and ensure service level agreements are met.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for SMB clients
• Perform on-site and remote troubleshooting
• Manage firewalls, Windows servers, Active Directory, Office 365, and endpoint devices
• Maintain client relationships within a flexible work environment

Requirements

• Experience supporting Windows-based servers, desktops, and networking
• Familiarity with Active Directory, Office 365, and basic firewall management (Fortinet preferred)
• Strong troubleshooting skills, including network issues and hardware repairs
• Excellent communication skills, professional presentation, and client-facing ability
• Must be local to the Nashville metropolitan area, with the ability to travel to on-site client locations as needed
• MSP experience is a plus
