About the Opportunity

The IT Support Engineer provides reliable, hands-on technology support across the organization. This role manages daily IT support requests, troubleshoots complex technical issues, coordinates hardware logistics, and contributes to strategic IT initiatives. The position is critical to maintaining employee productivity, secure IT operations, and reliable technology across Mac, Windows, cloud, and remote environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day IT support, including ticket handling, troubleshooting, and strategic technology initiatives.
• Serve as a technical point of contact for complex or unfamiliar issues by identifying root causes and developing effective solutions.
• Collaborate with the IT team to align priorities and maintain consistent support practices.
• Configure and support networks, Google Workspace, device management platforms, and other cloud-based systems.
• Improve onboarding, offboarding, security, and access management processes.
• Oversee hardware procurement, inventory management, shipping, repairs, replacements, and upgrades.
• Manage relationships with technology vendors to ensure reliable service and strong value.
• Identify recurring technical issues and process gaps, recommend improvements, and lead IT projects through completion.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of IT experience covering end-user support, security, networking, remote environments, and access management.
• Experience supporting SaaS environments using Office 365 or Google Workspace, Slack, and mobile device management platforms for 100+ users.
• Proficiency supporting both Mac and Windows end-user environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and critical-thinking skills with the ability to resolve unfamiliar technical issues.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to anticipate challenges and drive continuous IT improvements.
• Demonstrated ownership, sound judgment, and effective communication with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to adapt quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
