About the role

Provide Tier 1 & 2 IT support, endpoint management, and employee onboarding/offboarding for a distributed workforce. Administer cloud and SaaS platforms, including SSO, MFA, user access, and IT asset management. Utilize ServiceNow/Jira Service Management, Jamf, and Intune to manage tickets, devices, and support operations. Develop automation scripts using Python and PowerShell, with basic SQL knowledge for reporting and ticket analytics. Lead service desk activities by managing support queues, meeting SLAs, and coordinating a small IT support team.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 6+ months of relevant experience in IT support, endpoint management, and cloud administration.
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow/Jira Service Management, Jamf, and Intune.
  • Basic knowledge of Python and PowerShell scripting.
  • Experience with SQL for reporting and ticket analytics.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

  • Strong technical skills in IT support and cloud administration.
  • Experience with SSO, MFA, user access, and IT asset management.
  • Knowledge of automation tools and scripting languages.
  • Ability to meet SLAs and coordinate with a small IT support team.
