IT Support - Audio-Visual (AV) and Executive

About the role

We are seeking an Executive Support Specialist to provide high-touch technology support for senior executives, including troubleshooting PCs, mobile devices, collaboration tools, video conferencing, and AV equipment. The role involves serving as a key escalation point, ensuring reliable operations, coordinating issue resolution across IT teams, and supporting executive environments.

Qualifications & Skills

• College degree in IT, Networking, Computer Science, Electronics, Data Analytics, or related STEM field with at least 3 years of relevant experience; or high school diploma with 9+ years of experience, or an associate degree with 7+ years.
• Certifications such as A+ (preferred).
• Experience with AV/video conference troubleshooting, Active Directory, Windows, Apple devices, and AV technologies.
• Strong interpersonal skills, ability to build trust with senior leaders, and cross-cultural communication.
• Effective under pressure, capable of clear technical communication, troubleshooting complex issues, and managing relationships.
• Desirable: Japanese language skills and familiarity with project management methodologies.

Workstyle & Requirements

• Onsite with some remote work possibility; flexible schedule; may require overtime, travel (~10%), and driving within the region.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and operate a vehicle.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license; relocation assistance is not provided; work visa sponsorship is not available.
