IT Support Administrator

ETB Services, Inc. is a growing managed services provider (MSP) focused on delivering top-notch IT support to small and medium-sized businesses. We're seeking an IT Support Administrator to join our front-line support team, assisting customers with immediate technical needs. This in-person role in Trappe, PA requires a strong background in desktop troubleshooting, attention to detail, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional support for Level 1 and 2 technical requests from client end users
• Ensure customer SLAs are met as an integral part of the team
• Furnish accurate written documentation of work performed and time tracking for all activities
• Give feedback on enhancing service delivery and improving processes
• Participate in an on-call rotation and respond to emergency requests

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an IT Consulting position or at an MSP
• Experience with Active Directory, Microsoft 365 user management, workstation administration, mobile device management, and basic networking
• Ability to concisely describe or summarize problems in writing, including diagnostic steps and resolutions
• Familiarity with ConnectWise PSA or similar ticketing systems for time and record keeping
• Ability to work well under pressure, prioritize, and meet established goals
• Persistence to resolve problems and research solutions when encountering challenges
