Responsibilities
- Manage end-user facing systems for team members in the field and Store Support Center environment
- Identify and learn appropriate software and hardware used and supported by the organization.
- Maintain and build out hardware as needed for end-users.
- Provide end-user support in response to support tickets.
- Test fixes to ensure problems have been adequately resolved.
- Responsible for high level projects across stores and Corporate office.
- Aid and provide an escalation point for Level 1 Support personnel.
- Rotating night/weekend on-call schedule
- Occasional travel to stores may be required
Requirements
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems or related field.
- Exceptional customer centric focus.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in similar role.
- Strong hardware/software skills
- Ability to problem solve independently.
- Ability to interact with members of cross-functional teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
Qualifications
- Preferred qualifications include POS System and peripheral support experience and remote support experience.
