Key Responsibilities
- Install, troubleshoot, service, and repair desktop and laptop computers.
- Maintain and support network equipment and peripherals.
- Provide personal computer, hardware, and software assistance to employees.
- Install attendant software and configure new hardware.
- Investigate employee information, network, and communications needs.
- Recommend software and hardware purchases to meet business requirements.
- Resolve user issues with printers, drivers, VPN, RSA, VTC, and related peripherals.
Qualifications
- Associate's Degree in a related field with 2+ years of relevant experience.
- Higher education may substitute for required experience.
- Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of required education.
- Demonstrated customer/solution ownership and drive for excellence.
- Strong team collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication with end users.
- Proven customer care philosophy ensuring high satisfaction.
- Ability to understand user and business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Basic knowledge of current IT technical standards (computers, printers, network tech, drivers, software troubleshooting, VPN, RSA, VTC).
- Comprehensive troubleshooting skills for industry-standard hardware and software products/services.
