IT Specialty Analyst- EPIC Radiant

Responsibilities

• Works independently with general supervision.
• Problem faced are difficult but typically not complex. May influence others within the job area through explanation of facts, policies, and practices.
• Works closely with cross-functional teams to support application integration that aligns with organizational and clinical goals.
• Analyzes business and clinical needs, evaluates software releases or new products, and provides recommendations to improve workflows and reduce costs.
• Develops system test plans and executes testing for software upgrades and patches, including maintaining detailed records of testing progress and results.
• Maintains a record of test progress and test results.
• Provides daily on-call support to the customer base for application-related issues.
• Communicates software issues, requirements, upgrades, and enhancements to the team and stakeholders.
• Coordinates implementation or project planning around software application releases.

Requirements

• Epic certification in Radiant required; Cupid would be plus.
• Experience in EPIC or a clinical background in cardiology required.
• Experience supporting Epic Radiant required; Cupid would be a plus.
• Hands-on build experience in EPIC Radiant required; Cupid would be a plus.
• Strong background in business/clinical operations and application functionality, with hands-on experience performing and documenting workflow assessments to determine functional requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 3 years of relevant experience with a degree or 5+ years of relevant experience without a degree.
