Responsibilities
- Works independently with general supervision.
- Problem faced are difficult but typically not complex. May influence others within the job area through explanation of facts, policies, and practices.
- Works closely with cross-functional teams to support application integration that aligns with organizational and clinical goals.
- Analyzes business and clinical needs, evaluates software releases or new products, and provides recommendations to improve workflows and reduce costs.
- Develops system test plans and executes testing for software upgrades and patches, including maintaining detailed records of testing progress and results.
- Maintains a record of test progress and test results.
- Provides daily on-call support to the customer base for application-related issues.
- Communicates software issues, requirements, upgrades, and enhancements to the team and stakeholders.
- Coordinates implementation or project planning around software application releases.
Requirements
- Epic certification in Radiant required; Cupid would be plus.
- Experience in EPIC or a clinical background in cardiology required.
- Experience supporting Epic Radiant required; Cupid would be a plus.
- Hands-on build experience in EPIC Radiant required; Cupid would be a plus.
- Strong background in business/clinical operations and application functionality, with hands-on experience performing and documenting workflow assessments to determine functional requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- 3 years of relevant experience with a degree or 5+ years of relevant experience without a degree.
