IT Specialist

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user support, troubleshoot devices, and resolve IT tickets
• Aid in the setup of laptops, mobile devices, and user accounts for onboarding and offboarding
• Maintain and monitor IT systems, including updates, patches, and basic system performance
• Collaborate with internal team members on IT-related projects and initiatives
• Support evaluation and use of AI tools and technology to improve workflows and efficiency
• Track IT assets, system access, and documentation
• Identify opportunities to improve IT processes and help implement solutions that improve efficiency, security, and user experience
• Promote security awareness and support cybersecurity best practices across the organization
• Handle technical and company information with confidentiality and professionalism
• Demonstrate and embrace the company's guiding principles in daily work

Requirements

• Experience in IT support, systems, or related technologies (AI exposure is a plus)
• Comfortable working with end users, devices, and established IT processes
• Strong troubleshooting, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• A collaborative mindset and willingness to support team-based projects
• Ability to manage responsibilities independently within a part-time schedule

Pay

The pay range for this role is $34.62-$43.27 per hour.

Schedule

This is a part-time position: 24 hours per week.
