IT Service Analyst Level (Detroit)
Essential Duties
- Aids all users of computer systems and software in their daily use of programs and equipment on an as-needed basis.
- Displays strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 2016, Office 365, Windows 10 and network technology in assisting end users.
- Presents strong knowledge of other products including Remote Access technologies (Terminal Services, VPN, wireless, etc.), and other legal specific applications.
- Demonstrates strong problem solving and analytical skills; excellent initiative and assertiveness.
- Utilizes outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Deploys excellent customer service skills and has the ability to work effectively with all levels of personnel in a team environment.
- Has strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- 3-4 years of IT-related experience.
- Associate’s Degree. A 4-year degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
- Demonstrate proficient command of the English language and standard grammar rules.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
- Must be able to move equipment weighing up to 25 pounds.
- Must be able to position self to install equipment, including under desks.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a Client First philosophy and possess strong organizational, problem-solving, and customer service skills. They must also be able to work effectively in a team environment and demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
Skills

Pay
The salary range for this position is $50,000 - $70,000 per year.
Schedule
The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
