Services Analyst - IT
Primary Purpose Of Position
Perform activities relating to designing, building, testing, implementing and maintaining IT services, portfolios, products, projects and processes under the guidance of a Sr. IT Services Analyst or Manager. May assist in the coordination of tasks for subordinates.
Primary Duties And Accountabilities
- Perform, document and assist in planning work activities relating to IT service portfolios or products in support of our business partners.
- Aid in IT activities required to manage service level agreements under the direction of a Sr. IT Services Analyst or Manager.
- Maintain engagement with business and IT partners.
- Absorb and assist less experienced personnel.
- Proactively build business/IT knowledge to provide solutions.
- Utilize best practices to improve products and services.
- Apply and verify compliance to standards as defined within the Management Model.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and typically 2 to 5 years related experience in Information Technology or 6 to 9 equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of utility business practices and processes.
- Strong problem solving skills.
- Excellent communications skills (written and verbal).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting SOX IT General Controls (ITGC) execution, testing, and deficiency remediation.
- Background in IT compliance, audit, or IT management model / controls governance functions.
- Familiarity with regulatory and control frameworks (e.g., SOX, COBIT, NIST).
- Experience working with external auditors (e.g., KPMG, PwC) and internal audit teams.
- Proficiency with collaboration tools, including SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and Yammer/Viva.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow, Power BI, and/or SailPoint.
- Ability to analyze control data and develop reporting/insights for management and audit stakeholders.

Pay
Expected salary range of $95,400 to $106,000, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k).
