IT Service Analyst (Minneapolis)

Essential Duties

• Affords assistance to all users of computer systems and software on an as-needed basis.
• Demonstrates strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 2016, Office 365, Windows 10 and network technology in assisting end users.
• Demonstrates strong knowledge of other technology products including Remote Access (Terminal Services, VPN, wireless, etc.), and other legal specific applications.
• Demonstrates strong problem solving, analytical skills and initiative.
• Demonstrates effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrates excellent customer service skills and ability to work effectively with all levels of personnel in a team environment.
• Demonstrates strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of IT-related experience.
• Associate’s Degree in a related field of study or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• Must be able to demonstrate proficient command of the English language and standard grammar rules.
• Must have strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $58,000 – $71,000. Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted information based on work experience, education, and/or skill level.
