Responsibilities
- Handle client inquiries and requests promptly and professionally
- Manage client relationships and maintain positive interactions
- Process client transactions accurately and efficiently

- Collaborate with other departments to resolve client concerns
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field
- 1-2 years of relevant customer service experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
