About the role

Responsibilities

  • Assist advisors in servicing clients by preparing financial plans, conducting investment research, and completing trades and transactions as directed.
  • Prepare and summarize client meetings by scheduling and confirming appointments, entering data into contact managers, creating meeting agendas and summaries, escorting clients to advisors, and following up as necessary.
  • Prepare and ensure new business paperwork is submitted accurately, including form preparation, signature collection, documentation preparation, and coordinating insurance application processes.
  • Coordinate marketing events by creating compliance documentation and managing reimbursement for event marketing expenses.
  • Provide general administrative support, including answering phones, processing expense reports, preparing routine client correspondence, setting up client files, copying documents, and handling new business alerts.

Requirements

  • Associate (2-year) degree or equivalent
  • 3-5 years relevant experience
  • Experience working in a client service environment
  • Strong math, analytical, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Good communication skills, able to work with all levels within the organization
  • Process-oriented and capable of working collaboratively with a team
  • Strong computer and software skills

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
  • Full-time position
  • Exempt status
