About the role

The Senior Analyst will lead high-complexity projects and key operational initiatives with technology-driven solutions as part of the Product Management team. They will own the creation and documentation of requirements that solve key business challenges, working both independently and cross-functionally across IT and operational departments. Responsibilities include conducting competitive research, analyzing data, defining feature estimates, creating technology user guides, providing status updates to internal leaders, leading functional and integration testing, and post-implementation monitoring.

The successful candidate must effectively translate and document operational needs into clear business requirements, manage day-to-day support of a designated product portfolio in an agile environment, and mentor junior analysts.

Responsibilities

  • Design new software systems/processes by analyzing requirements; constructing workflow charts and diagrams; studying system capabilities; writing specifications.
  • Develop communications documents (e.g., project status, milestones, notifications, training guides, user manuals).
  • Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations (e.g., system approaches, high-level flow outlines, release notes).
  • Act as a conduit between business/client teams and development teams to ensure proper communication flow and resolution of information gaps.
  • Support the testing team in understanding system requirements, defining testing objectives, and participating in functional testing.
  • Conduct user training sessions and support client teams during acceptance testing.

Requirements

  • CBAP certification preferred.
  • 3–5 years of prior tech product management experience, preferably in health IT services or health tech product environments.
  • Experience in healthcare or healthcare IT is desirable.
  • Experience working on workflow management products is desirable.
  • Strong project and requirement documentation skills.
  • Ability to deliver products and demonstrate the impact of your work.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in healthcare, life sciences, or computer science.

Pay

Base pay: $77,376 – $123,552 annually. Compensation depends on location, qualifications, and experience. Management-level positions may be eligible for sign-on and relocation bonuses.
