Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and outreach.
- Conduct discovery meetings with business owners and executives.
- Position managed IT, cybersecurity, and technology solutions in terms of business outcomes.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and accurate CRM records.
- Collaborate with technical and onboarding teams to ensure successful client transitions.
Qualifications
- Proven success in B2B sales with outbound prospecting responsibilities.
- Experience managing the full sales cycle.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, competitive, and results driven.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Experience selling managed IT services, cybersecurity, or other intangible solutions.
- Experience selling to SMB and mid-market organizations.
- Familiarity with MSP business models and the Sandler Sales System principles.
